- No Accreditation and Outcome Disclaimer
Non-Accredited Status: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that our School is an independent preparatory institution. We do not provide, issue, or confer accredited degrees, diplomas, academic credits, or official certifications recognized by state, national, or international educational boards.
No Guarantee of Results: We provide high-quality educational support, but we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, passing scores, admissions to external institutions, or employment results. All test scores and admissions depend entirely on the student’s individual effort and external evaluation criteria.
- User Accounts and Eligibility
Age Requirement: If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use our Services with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the School, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of opportunities, or costs of substitute services arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
